Queens Park is a fantastic asset for Crewe, one the whole town can be proud of. But for too long the car park has been allowed to get into a state of neglect.
I am backing the campaign by Crewe West Conservative Ward Volunteer Teja Vaddala who wants to get the car park fixed.
Not only is the car park used for Queens Park but also for the nearby BMX and skating tracks.
Teja convinced me that his issue needs more attention during his election campaign for the Crewe West Ward. He didn't make it over the line but he wants to carry on getting things done for residents of Crewe West and Crewe as a whole. People across the area make use of this fantastic opportunity to enjoy the outdoors.
