Local organisations, businesses, charities and service providers are invited to exhibit at a major new health and wellbeing fair, Live Well, Age Well, at the De La Warr Pavilion on Wednesday 30th September 2026 from 11am to 3pm.
The vibrant community event will bring together people aged 55 and over, their families and carers, with services, activities and opportunities that support healthy, active and independent living.
We are seeking exhibitors from across health, wellbeing, volunteering, learning, housing, finance, travel, community support and leisure sectors to engage with local residents throughout the day. The event will also feature a programme of talks and workshops covering topics such as healthy ageing, scam awareness, home safety, volunteering opportunities, lifelong learning and financial wellbeing.
Exhibiting organisations will have the opportunity to:
- Promote their services, activities and opportunities.
- Meet and engage directly with residents and their families and/or carers.
- Raise awareness of local support available within the community.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available for organisations wishing to demonstrate their commitment to supporting older residents and healthy ageing across the area.
Dr Mullan said “Live Well, Age Well will be a fantastic opportunity for people of all ages, particularly those over 55, to discover new activities, connect with local groups, access expert advice and find out more about the services available in our area. We have so many brilliant organisations supporting and connecting residents across Rother, and this event will bring them together under one roof. I'm delighted to be working with Rother District Council, Rother Voluntary Action and the De La Warr Pavilion to deliver this community-led, not-for-profit event.”
